Sky News host Gary Hardgrave says former prime minister Tony Abbott has backed Taiwan’s bid to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
“I’m really quite shocked at the reach of China into this, trying to … slow down and stop Taiwan which is one of our major trading partners,” Mr Hardgrave said.
“And anyway, Tony says they should be joining with free trading nations and indeed they should.”
